  • How does your one-hour service model work?

    We offer visits as short as 1 hour, unlike many agencies that require a 3–4 hour minimum. To keep this model viable, we apply a neighborhood “team-up” rule: the one-hour rate applies when three hours of service can be grouped within the same area (e.g., building or block).

  • Will we have the same caregiver every time?

    Yes, whenever possible. We prioritize assigning a consistent PSW for every visit to build trust, familiarity, and a stronger care relationship.

  • What services do you offer?

    We provide personal care (such as bathing and mobility), home support (such as meals and housekeeping), dementia care, palliative care, post-surgery recovery, and staffing for facilities.

  • Are your caregivers professionally trained?

    Absolutely. All caregivers are certified Personal Support Workers (PSWs), trained in safety, cognitive support, and daily living assistance.

  • Do you serve my area in Ontario?

    Most likely—yes! We serve clients throughout Ontario, including urban and rural areas. Contact us directly and we’ll confirm availability.

  • Do you work with insurance providers?

    Yes. We’re registered with Veteran Affairs Canada, Green Shield, and Blue Cross. We can guide you through the claim process.
